Join Mapon as a Sales Development Representative and be the first point of contact for potential customers. You'll generate high-quality leads, book meetings, and support the Growth and Sales teams in growing our presence in the Finnish market.
Requirements
- Native Finnish and excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Curious and coachable — you’re eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to grow in sales
- Resilient — you’re not afraid of rejection and know how to bounce back with energy
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.)
