Customer Service Executive

We are hiring a Customer Service Operations Executive for a renowned luxury fashion brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing exceptional customer and client service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of their products.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service orientation and disposition
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally across various online platforms
• Possesses at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
• Prior experience in the retail & fashion industry advantages
• Good communication skills across various departments
• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with efficiency and accuracy
• Capability to use language translation tools effectively to provide support in multiple languages
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
