We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner. The successful candidate will have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting top leadership
- Extensive calendar and global travel management
- Experience in private equity/investment services industry (advantageous)
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills and discretion to manage private information
