Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for establishing a Lean MET team, driving benchmarking and collaboration, and utilizing various tools and standards to define optimized manufacturing solutions. They will also work closely with business, operations, and technology leadership to develop an agile MET vision and strategy.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree
• Min. 5 years relevant experience with similar automation, production projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Lead by example
• Experience with manual and/or automatic production
• Business knowledge of auto industry or similar with expert knowledge of operational processes and standards
• Strong collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Availability to travel up to 25%
