Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) license
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid A320 type rating
- Minimum 3000 hours total flying time
- Minimum 1000 hours on Airbus A32F aircraft
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on Airbus A32F aircraft
- Minimum 2000 hours PIC total time
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach to operations
