Job Description
Marabu Airlines is seeking a solution-driven Crew Control Officer to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, playing a key part in crew planning and coordination, ensuring compliance with regulations while responding quickly to operational changes.
Requirements
- Experience in airline or airport operations
- Familiarity with EASA Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
- Good knowledge of Crew Planning Systems
- Solution-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions
- Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work in shifts, including nighttime
