Junior Cabin Crew Member / Junior Flight Attendant (m/f/d)

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Junior Cabin Crew Member / Junior Flight Attendant team. Training starts in July 2026 and we are committed to delivering exceptional service, safety, and comfort to our passengers.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Valid passport without limitations
• Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
• Minimum Height: 158 cm
• Education: Completed secondary education
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Medical Fitness and ability to swim unassisted
• You need to be able to obtain a health certificate according to EASA Regulations
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Background Check: No criminal record
• You can reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time
