Behavioral Health Consultant
3 years of experience in individual, group and/or family therapy, Master’s degree in social services or related field, and licensure as an independent practitioner with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
Behavioral Health - Therapist - Independently Licensed
Master's degree in Social Services, licensed as an independent practitioner, and experience in Behavioral Health with at-risk youth or adults
Physician - Family Practice
Board Certification/Recertification, Completion of annual CME requirements, M.D. or D.O. degree, and Licensed to practice medicine in the state
Work Adjustment Trainee - Cotton Blossom Resale Store
High school diploma or GED, Title XIX benefits under AHCCCS, mental health diagnosis that is determined as SMI, GMH and/or SUD
Physician - Family Practice
Board Certification/Recertification, completion of annual CME requirements, MD or DO degree, licensure, and BLS certification
Radiology Technologist
High School diploma or equivalent, American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) certification, CPR certification, and experience in radiology procedures and clinical settings
Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician
High school diploma, experience as a Pharmacy Technician, and a license by the Arizona Board of Pharmacy are required
Medical - Front Office Receptionist
High school diploma or equivalency, experience as a cashier/receptionist, bilingual required based on location
Call Center - Scheduling Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent, Bilingual (English/Spanish), Experience answering a multi-line phone system
Medical Director - Psychiatry
Must have a Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited university specializing in Psychiatry and 3 years’ clinical practice experience in an outpatient setting
