- Defining and governing current and future-state architectures that align with enterprise strategy
- Leading the creation of Digital Workplace strategies, roadmaps, and reference architectures
- Facilitating design sessions and architecture reviews
- Leading innovation tracking and management
- Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies
- Guiding the analysis of business and operating models
- Driving analysis of future-state capabilities and organizational requirements
