Requirements

• +3 years in production plants (ideal agro-industry or animal feed)
• Experience in leading operational teams in a plant
• Having responsibility over production + maintenance (ideal)
• Experience in contexts where you have had to: Reorganize operations, Resolve operational crises, Work under pressure and urgency
