Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in data and systems orchestration to lead mission-critical initiatives. The TPM will design, implement, and optimize complex workflows that power the business financial infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in technical program management
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, real-time processing, and financial data automation
- Fluency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
- Ability to translate and execute complex technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Track record of working with data teams on SCRUM, prioritization, integration, and scaling infrastructure
- Background in fintech payments, ledger systems, or high-frequency data workflows
- Expertise in data pipeline orchestration tools and cloud-based data infrastructures
- Familiarity with multi-country payment automation and banking integrations
- Expertise in financial data reconciliation and payment risk management processes
