The Mar-Bella Collection is a growing group of luxury hotels seeking a Room Attendant for the 2026 season at the MarBella Hotel in Corfu. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing rooms, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer complaints.
Requirements
- Cleaning and organizing all areas according to cleanliness standards within specified timeframes
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing reasonable customer complaints and reporting them to relevant personnel if necessary
- Maintaining equipment in good condition
- Reporting any shortages, damages, or security issues
- Checking the stock of all consumables
- Compliance with health and safety regulations and adherence to corporate policies
