Job Description
Help build the front door to a new mental healthcare system for kids as a Care Operations Associate at Marble, driving referral-to-intake conversion and collaborating with teams to strengthen processes and improve the tools that support your day-to-day work.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- Experience working at a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience in high-communication roles requiring structured phone and/or Zoom conversations
