Job Description
We are seeking a Founding Operating Partner, School Success to build the operating system for the Success function, driving engagement and referral growth across every school and counselor we support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of total professional experience
- Ideal combination of top-tier consulting + early stage BizOps / GTM Ops startup experience
- Passionate about Mental Health and Education
- Track record of shipping 0-to-1 operating systems in a startup environment
- Best-in-class analytical skills and metrics-driven thinking
