Job Description
Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Houston Galleria location. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operation of the store, manage the team, merchandise, and sales results, and deliver positive and inclusive client experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of retail experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing others within a customer service environment
- Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Computer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suite
