Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Sufficient manual dexterity of hand
- Knowledge of proper knife handling, techniques, and cooking procedures
- Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
