Director of Business Development and Client Relations

Mission Capital Advisors is seeking a Director of Business Development and Client Relations to join their client relationship team. The candidate will work with senior members of the Due Diligence and Loan Sale Advisory teams to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients and key decision-makers. The role offers a lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential, supported by a base salary of $100k - $150k annually.

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Identify and engage with active participants in the capital markets loan purchase and sale environment
• Proactively research and connect with loan originators, banks, special servicers, debt funds, private lenders, hedge funds, CDO/CLO managers, and other market players
• Drive both new business development efforts as well as maintaining client relationships with existing clients
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events
• Develop and share innovative ideas and strategic insights to enhance client engagement and promote leadership in the field
• Maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting of business development initiatives
• Expand market and sales opportunities by collaborating with the Mission Capital Advisors Loan Sale Advisory Team
