Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role is onsite five days per week and is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential. A real estate license is required and can be completed in conjunction with training. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and our training program
• Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients
• Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals
• Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties
• Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
• Prospect new client relationships and referral sources
• Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements
• Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops
• Research ownership records, market data and industry trends
• Attend networking and industry events and connect with industry professionals
