Job Description
Marcus & Millichap is seeking an experienced Leasing Operations Manager to establish and execute the operational foundation for a newly formed retail leasing business unit. The ideal candidate is self-directed, operationally rigorous, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments, partnering across legal, finance, brokerage, and back-office teams to create structure and consistency.
Requirements
- 7ā12 years of progressive leasing experience required
- Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong sense of urgency with a commitment to quality and follow through
- Strong business acumen, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Bachelorās Degrees or equivalent work experience required
