Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst

Join an award-winning senior investment sales team with significant opportunities for growth within one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment brokerages. As a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will lead financial analysis and underwriting for the team’s active deal pipeline across a wide range of commercial real estate investment opportunities and will be responsible for producing institutional-quality financial models and valuation analyses that support pricing strategy, client advisory, marketing initiatives, and high-value transaction execution.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling, Argus, and CoStar
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation metrics, including IRR, NPV, cap rates, and DSCR
• Experience analyzing retail, office, mixed-use, and land development opportunities
• Ability to interpret property financial statements, leases, and market data to support investment underwriting and valuation analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and complete projects on time with accuracy
• Strong understanding of zoning regulations and municipal ordinances to support financial modeling for development sites and detailed land residual analysis
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and capable of handling several tasks simultaneously
