Job Description
Marex is seeking a Compliance Officer, Broker-Dealer Advisor who will provide compliance advisory services and support the Head of U.S. Broker-Dealer Compliance. The role requires a strong background in U.S. Broker-Dealer regulation and experience in Equities and Listed Options trading activities. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for reviewing and drafting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- Support the Head of U.S. Broker-Dealer Compliance
- Provide compliance advisory support to front office teams
- Review, draft and enhance U.S. Broker-Dealer Policies and Procedures
- Collaborate to ensure Compliance Calendar deadlines are achieved
