Bartender

Margaritaville and Landshark is seeking a Bartender to provide service to both guests and staff, operating a bar and maintaining cleanliness. The role involves preparing beverages, taking orders, operating the POS system, and ensuring high-quality service. This position requires a blend of customer service, hospitality, and operational skills within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience as a bartender (high-volume preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments
• Ability to work a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness certification
• High school degree or GED preferred
