Host

The Host position is responsible for greeting customers, controlling the flow of traffic, and maintaining guest areas. The Host is the first and last point of contact for guests and must provide a positive, professional, and welcoming experience.

Requirements

• One year in a guest service position preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
• Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
