Job Description
We are looking for a business-centric, tech-savvy Salesforce Product Owner to support and enhance our Salesforce platform and related solutions.
Requirements
- Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects to ensure alignment.
- Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, developers, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Support data quality initiatives and create reports/dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant improvements.
