Job Description
Mariana Minerals is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles during a key growth phase. The role is 6-12 months and requires a deep understanding of recruiting processes and ability to translate complex role requirements into targeted sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong familiarity with Ashby, including pipeline management, reporting, and recruiting analytics
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex roles and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Data-driven and process-oriented, with comfort using metrics to guide decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders
- High ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
