Job Description
The County Attorney's Office is seeking a Prosecutor I-II to make charging decisions for crimes, with a focus on careful evaluation of evidence and applicable criminal statutes. The role requires communication with law enforcement, the court, and victims, as well as navigation of digital databases. The position is hybrid, with a high volume, fast-paced environment and frequent stressful situations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited and American Bar Association (ABA) approved law school
- Must be admitted to practice law and be in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License upon hire
- Prosecutor experience in Arizona (valued but not required)
