Job Description
Temporary Early Voting Support Staff positions available at Maricopa County Recorder's Office, assisting in facilitating the election process by performing data entry and research, verifying signatures, and contacting voters. Temporary assignments with Maricopa County to perform work before, during, and after the election cycle.
Requirements
- Experience in data entry from a document into a database
- Experience in keyboard and desktop navigation
- Experience in researching and gathering information
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy
- Must be registered or eligible to register to vote in Arizona by the time of hire
- Must be able to pass applicable background screening
- Must be able to work the full work assignment, extensive irregular hours, and shifts based on the department's needs
- Must have a valid AZ driver’s license by the time of hire
