Future Care Planning Volunteer - Carmarthenshire

We're looking for compassionate individuals to support people in Carmarthenshire as they discuss and record their end of life wishes. This part-time volunteer role involves visiting individuals, recording their wishes, and supporting community events.

Requirements

• Emotionally aware and empathetic
• Strong communicator
• Respectful and comfortable talking to people from all walks of life
• Confident using email and Microsoft Word
• Reliable, with a clear understanding of confidentiality
• Open to safeguarding training and guidance
