Job Description
The Loan Servicing Specialist will effectively use software to process loan payments, perform account maintenance, and track collateral. They will also provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries and assisting loan officers, managers, and supervisors with titling and servicing needs.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year in financial services, banking, or lending experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications and lending/servicing systems such as Symitar, Synergy, CenterPoint, or Salesforce
