Job Description
A Member Advocate I helps MCU deliver on its mission by serving as a resource and educator for members, building relationships, and identifying member needs to products and services.
Requirements
- Greet and make members feel welcome
- Build relationships with members by proactively learning about their financial goals
- Provide one-touch resolution on member inquiries
- Assist members with account transactions, account maintenance, and other services
- Make outbound calls to educate members or for specific campaigns
