Communications Director

Communications Director responsible for developing and executing the communications strategy of Mariners Church, overseeing key communications disciplines, and reporting to the Communications Pastor.

Requirements

• Communications planning to drive church engagement
• Manage social media, copywriting, email, and project management
• Develop relationships with key leaders and advocate for clear communications
• Maintain awareness of cultural trends and make recommendations on communication tools and strategies
• Provide oversight and direction for email, web, social, and print strategy and communication
• Collaborate with ministries to develop creative options for different channels
• Management of digital assets and resourcing staff and volunteers
