Job Description
Mariners Church is seeking a Congregation Lead Pastor to shepherd a new congregation in North Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in ministry leadership, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of Bible literacy. The position involves shepherding the flock, serving as a missionary in the community, equipping God's people for ministry, and fostering generosity and stewardship.
Requirements
- High degree of integrity in personal and professional life
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and relational
- Demonstrated ministry leadership experience (+5 years preferred)
- High degree of Bible literacy, seminary degree is a plus
- Experience and knowledge in leading multiple teams, multi-site ministry experience is plus
