Mariners Church is seeking a Congregation Lead Pastor to shepherd a new congregation in Southern California. The pastor will lead the flock, serve as a missionary in the community, equip God's people for ministry, and foster generosity and stewardship.
Requirements
- High degree of integrity in personal and professional life
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ministry leadership experience (+5 years preferred)
- High degree of Bible literacy
- Experience in leading multiple teams
