Job Description
Mariners Church is seeking a Ministry Coordinator to provide operational support for its future congregation. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in ministry coordination, volunteer management, or administrative support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in ministry coordination, volunteer management, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Rock (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Customer-service orientation and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Basic biblical literacy and alignment with Mariners Church’s mission and values
