Mariposa Food Co-op is a community-owned grocery store dedicated to increasing food accessibility in the community. The Early Riser Lead will inspire and lead a team to create a welcoming and positive vibe for every shopper.

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience
• Experience in a grocery or specialty store
• Genuine enthusiasm for good food, fresh produce, and quality groceries
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills
• Comfort with physical tasks like lifting to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and moving in a fast-paced environment
