We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join MA Healthcare on a 12 month maternity cover contract. As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping, delivering and improving client-sponsored content and communications across print, digital and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination or project support, ideally within publishing, healthcare or a related field.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive and detail-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A genuine interest in medical communications, publishing and the healthcare sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lists, and experience using project management tools.
