Brand Manager, Innovation

We are seeking a Brand Manager, Innovation to lead the delivery of key innovation and renovation projects for our FMB portfolio, including Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Cayman Jack. The successful candidate will translate market and consumer insights into winning product and brand initiatives, partnering closely with US and global stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to bring new concepts to market at pace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience delivering innovation or new-to-market brand projects end-to-end for consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage brands.
• US and/or global innovation experience, including partnering with US-based stakeholders and delivering projects across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated project management capability, including managing agencies and research partners to deliver insights, creative development, and testing outputs.
• Experience briefing cross-functional partners (e.g., liquid development, design, legal/compliance) and driving delivery through key milestones.
• Category experience in FMB (Flavoured Malt Beverage), spirits, beer, wine, and/or Ready-to-Drink (RTD).
• Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.
