Manager, Raw Materials and Ingredients

We are seeking a Raw Materials and Ingredients Manager to manage the sourcing, qualification, and operational handling of all raw materials, ingredients, or processing aids used in beverage development. This role ensures that new ingredients are technically validated, compliant, and scalable to meet quality, compliance, and financial targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Brewing/Fermentation Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a closely related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in brewing or process engineering, with a strong track record in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical change across multiple sites, effectively influencing stakeholders and teams without direct authority
