Program Manager, Physical Security

We are looking for a Program Manager, Physical Security to join our team at Mark Anthony Group. As a Program Manager, Physical Security, you will be responsible for the operational management and continuous improvement of Mark Anthony's physical security technologies and programs. You will partner closely with Facilities, People Operations, Cyber Security, and business leaders to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable physical security solutions across all sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in physical security, security systems management, or an IT-adjacent operational role
• Hands-on experience with physical security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and vendors simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience advising business leaders on risk and security decisions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; security-related certifications are an advantage
