Risk Management Analyst

We are looking for a Risk Management Analyst to contribute to the management of MAG's insurance program and deliver other Global Risk Management accountabilities. The successful candidate will have a diploma or university degree in business administration, risk management, or accounting, and 3+ years of experience in large, complex organizations.

Requirements

• Diploma or University Degree in business administration, risk management, or accounting
• Business acumen
• 3+ years of experience in large, complex organizations
• Insurance Experience with a comprehensive understanding of industry terminology and coverages
• Technical accounting knowledge with practical experience in applying accounting principles
• CPA designation is an asset
• Advanced Excel proficiency with demonstrated ability to build and interpret complex analyses
• Experience implementing Power BI solutions, from data preparation to visualization and insight generation
• Working knowledge of internal control and risk management principles
• Strong communicator (verbal and written) – able to distill complex, detailed information into succinct summaries and actionable insights
