Plumbing Journeyman - Skilled and Trained

Mark III Construction is seeking a Journeyman Plumber with 5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field experience and education in the trade. The plumber will perform tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE YOU GRADUATED FROM AN APPROVED APPRENTICESHIP
• 5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field experience and education in the trade
• Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules
• Understands the entire scope of the job
• Able to manage portions of projects and be the ‘right hand’ to the Foreman
• Capable of forecasting tasks and materials
• Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations
• Capable of doing basic take offs
• Able to prepare equipment and tool lists
• Experience working on large complex projects
• Certification in the operation of equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plus
• Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient
• Safety focused at all times
• Possess leadership and mentorship skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Able to collaborate with other trades and have the ‘Power of One’ mindset
