The Customer Operations team is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our Deal Desk team. In this role, the Deal Desk Analyst will support sales and account management teams by ensuring all customer pricing, deal structures, and commercial terms are accurate, compliant, and aligned with approved price lists and policies for new customer orders, renewals, upsell orders, and modifications.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales or Sales Operations (with particular focus on pricing and quoting)
- Familiarity with CPQ tools and contract/order workflows
- Experience working in a regulated, public sector, or policy-driven environment
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company; government sales (B2G) experience preferred
- Fluency in Confluence, Microsoft Office, Jira, CPQ, Salesforce, and Contract Management systems
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy-first mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance speed with precision under deal pressure
- Comfortable pushing back diplomatically when deals are non-compliant
- Empathy for users who may be unlike yourself
