Full-Stack Engineer

Mark43 is a technology company that empowers communities and governments with modern software that improves safety and quality of life. We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build core systems used by public safety agencies around the world.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience or a Computer Science Degree and Internship Experience
• Experience with at least part of our stack: Java, Javascript, TypeScript + React, and MySQL
• Curiosity and comfort with modern development tools, including AI-assisted platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• A balance of pragmatism and technical rigor
• A desire to grow quickly on a high-impact, mission-oriented team
