Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our UK Broker team, covering the South/South East region. You will own and deliver account plans for allocated broker relationships, building strong, long-term partnerships through regular development meetings.

• Business Development experience within commercial insurance or the broker market
• Proven experience in managing key broker accounts and strategic partnerships
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal partners
• Motivated approach and a desire to help build a market-leading business
