Director/Senior Director, Cyber Claims

Markel is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Cyber Claims to oversee and manage a team of cyber and technology E&O claims examiners, ensuring the effective resolution of claims and supporting the development and promotion of Markel’s cyber and technology E&O insurance products.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years’ experience in cyber claims
• Underwriting experience is a plus
• Management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and excellent negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills, including a proficiency in data analysis, as well as good organizational and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic
