Requirements

• Experience in insurance or financial services
• Proven ability to meet sales or retention targets within a telephony environment
• Exceptional sales skills and an aptitude for identifying cross-sell opportunities
• A customer-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent numeracy and literacy capabilities
• Understanding of conduct risk and non-advised status
