Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing agency environment
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and scale high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong data analysis capabilities with experience in performance tracking and ROI optimization
- Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies in marketing applications

- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
