Job Description
As a Trading Operations Associate, you'll build your career in Financial Services through hands-on exposure to the full trade lifecycle, including settlements and corporate actions.
Requirements
- 4+ years prior Corporate Action Experience
- Knowledge of DTCC portal is mandatory and SMART/track preferably
- Series 99/ SIE preferred (required to obtain within the first six months of employment)
- Good multitasking and analytical skills with the availability to prioritize processes and responsibilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment while maintaining good risk assessment and escalation awareness
- Experience in using Shadow, Neolink and BMO OLBB is a plus
- Ability to incorporate AI into daily workflows; passion for ethical adoption of AI practices
