Head of Data & Analytics Product

MarketAxess is seeking a commercially minded product leader to own the data and analytics product strategy and delivery for their platform. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining products that support business goals including revenue growth, client acquisition, and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in product management within financial data, market data, analytics, or capital markets technology
• Experience with cloud-native data distribution and modern data formats
• Deep understanding of fixed income markets, bond transparency, and regulatory data frameworks
• Proven track record of building and scaling data and analytics products with measurable commercial outcomes
• Experience managing and developing product teams
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to partner effectively on product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market decisions
• Technical fluency and excellent stakeholder management skills
