We are seeking a Senior Sales Relationship Manager to lead and grow strategic client relationships while delivering against revenue, trading volume and commercial objectives. This role combines direct client ownership with operational leadership, including the management, development and performance of a team.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in a sales, relationship management or client-facing role within financial services
- Strong track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
- Deep understanding of fixed income markets and electronic trading platforms
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Highly commercial, with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including at senior levels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights to inform decisions
- High level of ownership, accountability and delivery focus
- Results-driven and resilient
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a leadership mindset
- Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving ability
